- Master of Science (MSc) in Information Science & Library Management

Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the library.
- Maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems.
- Coordinate with team members and departments for smooth operations.
- Support management in planning and implementing strategies.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform library related other duties assigned by management.
- Manage and update the Library Management Software (LMS) regularly.
- Assist students and teachers in using the library system for searching, borrowing, and accessing resources.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure curriculum-related materials are available in the library.
- Train students and faculty on how to use digital library features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of issued/returned books, overdue items, and resource usage.
- Organize digital cataloging and tagging of all physical and e-library materials.
- Proficient in using common computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
